From my suburban mall days to an active adulthood, I firmly believe in embracing new endeavors at any age. It's about starting where you are and leveraging what you have. Despite old injuries and physical limitations, rediscovering the joy of movement has granted me a newfound sense of physical liberation.

We’re constantly inundated with messages about physical decline in middle age. It's a narrative that suggests once you reach 40, discomfort and deterioration are inevitable, urging you to resign to a sedentary lifestyle. At 56, I've heard this sentiment countless times from those older than myself.

But here’s what I know: While your middle-aged body may be different than than what it was, you can cultivate a resilient body that allows you to pursue what matters most you continue to age. I won't shade the truth though; it requires consistent effort over time, but change is achievable—I've experienced it firsthand.

Throughout my journey, I've been fortunate to have excellent coaches who pushed me beyond my perceived limits, one step at a time. I view the role of training and coaching as a privilege—an opportunity to help others surpass what they once deemed impossible, guiding them to the other side of their challenges.

I'm passionate about assisting individuals in achieving progress they can take pride in. Improving your physical strength, flexibility, and control often leads to similar growth in other aspects of your life, and that’s pretty great.

Comprehensive Assessment

Discover your body's potential with a movement assessment. We'll assess your range of motion and conduct strength-balance testing to identify discrepancies between the sides of your body. Following the assessment, you'll receive a detailed document and personalized recommendations. Experience the convenience of remote training while taking the first step towards towards achieving your goals.

Workshops

All Resilient Strength workshops take place live on Zoom, and your registration includes access to a recording of the workshop for six weeks. Topics include strength, flexibility, injury prevention, and practical suggestions for a holistically healthy lifestyle. Enrollment is limited to ensure a personalized experience.

1:1 Live Training

Live training sessions are tailored for newcomers to exercise, individuals just released from physical therapy, or those overcoming recent injuries. Our approach is finely tuned for addressing intricate challenges that require on-the-spot adjustments. To ensure your success, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the ideal frequency and duration of your training sessions. All sessions take place live on Zoom.

Remote Coaching

Remote coaching is offered for individuals new to fitness and those with experience. All remote coaching includes a comprehensive assessment and is personalized for your current physical ability and goals. For beginners, all sessions will take place during a 1:1 Zoom call, while experienced clients will programming to complete on their own in addition to their live session.
